Each accepted paper needs at least one author to have one Full Registration.

Certain developing foreign nations’ participants may be provided with some discounted rates based on prior approval by the Organizing Committee. Authors need to send request email prior to registration to icdec.conf@gmail.com for discounts, if applicable.

Online presentation may be allowed to a participant, unable to attend the conference at NEHU, Shillong, due to Govt. enforced travel restrictions and/or related complications arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic without any reduction on a full registration fees.

Registration Guidelines:

Authors Needs to send the money to the following bank account and scan the payment acknowledgement. In the scanned payment acknowledgement author must write their Paper id and Paper name.

Not applicable for the persons attending conference in Online platform.

Each accepted paper needs at least one author to have one Full Registration. One day conducted tour will be organized around Shillong with a nominal price. The details will be communicated after registration.
