Each accepted paper needs at least one author to have one Full Registration.

Certain developing foreign nations’ participants may be provided with some discounted rates based on prior approval by the Organizing Committee. Authors need to send request email prior to registration to icdec.conf@gmail.com for discounts, if applicable.

For an accepted paper, online presentation is allowed for genuine reasons. icdec.conf@gmail.com for any assistance.

Registration Guidelines:
